Nisrin Elamin

Nisrin Elamin is an Assistant Professor of African Studies and Anthropology at the University of Toronto whose research focuses on the connection between land, race, belonging and empire-making in central Sudan. She is also a member of the Sudan Solidarity Collective, which provides material support to grassroots mutual aid networks at the forefront of relief efforts in Sudan.
